I recently had the distinct pleasure of teaching my mom how to join and use Facebook.
Even though I feel that I do a pretty good job of seeing and understanding things from the viewpoint of those I am helping, there were a few things that my tech-challenged mom threw my way that I didn’t anticipate. Given the fact that she’s part of the 2nd fastest growing Facebook age group, those of us who train and teach social media might be assisting more and more “my moms” in the future.
